Open Your Email Composer

First, open your email composer, whether it's Gmail, Outlook, or another platform. Ensure you are in the email draft mode where you can input text.

Place your cursor in the body of the email where you want to insert a phrase. Then, press Ctrl + . to invoke PhraseVault. This shortcut allows you to quickly access your saved phrases without disrupting your workflow.

Search and Navigate

Once PhraseVault is invoked, you will see a search bar. Start typing to search for the specific phrase you need. The list of saved phrases will be filtered in real-time based on your input.

Use the down arrow key to navigate through the filtered entries. This makes it easy to find the exact phrase you need, even if you have a large number of saved entries. PhraseVault serves as an efficient text snippet storage and productivity tool for repetitive text.

Paste Your Phrase

When you have highlighted the desired phrase, press Enter. This action will automatically paste the phrase into your email composer at the cursor's position. This seamless integration helps in composing emails faster.

You can repeat this process to add multiple phrases, making it ideal for longer workflows where you need to insert several pre-defined snippets or templates.
