Open the Online Form

First, open the online form you need to fill out. This could be a tax portal, a government website, an e-commerce checkout, a supplier registration, or any business form that requires your company details.

Place your cursor in the input field where you need to enter data such as your VAT ID, tax number, company address, or phone number. Then, press Ctrl / + . to invoke PhraseVault. This shortcut lets you quickly access your saved data without having to look it up or type it manually.

Search for Your Stored Data

Once PhraseVault is invoked, you will see a search bar. Start typing keywords like 'VAT', 'tax ID', 'address', or 'phone' to find the specific entry you need. The list of saved entries will be filtered in real-time based on your input.

Use the key to navigate through the filtered entries. This makes it easy to find the exact data you need, whether it's your company's tax identification number, IBAN, billing address, or direct dial number. PhraseVault serves as a secure and efficient storage for all your frequently used form data.

Insert the Data into the Form

When you have highlighted the desired entry, press Enter. This action will automatically paste the data into the form field at the cursor's position. No more copying from documents or risking typos with long numbers.

Repeat this process for each form field, making it ideal for filling out complex forms that require multiple pieces of business information. Store your VAT IDs, tax numbers, bank details, addresses, and contact numbers once, and use them whenever needed with just a few keystrokes.
