What's new in PhraseVault 4.0

The current version is 4.0. Since 3.0: labels and filters for larger libraries, a roomier editor, and an optional command line for scripts and AI agents. 4.0 is free for existing license holders; you accept License 1.2 on first start.

  • Labels: give a phrase one or more colored labels, then click a label or type # and choose one to show only those.
  • Filters for usage, last used, date added, and PIN lock, with suggestions that fit your library.
  • Expand the phrase editor to the full window. A stray click outside no longer closes a dialog.
  • Command line & AI agents: an optional phrasevault command, off by default, in Settings → Security.
  • Export Filtered follows your search, labels, and filters. JSON exports keep labels.
  • CSV import recognizes a header row (abbreviation, snippet, and similar) in any column order.

After the 14-day trial, auto-paste pauses and command-line phrase commands stop until you activate a license. Search, copy, and editing keep working. Purchases from before license keys are not affected. See the trial guide.
