PhraseVault® has a fully featured 14-day free trial, starting when you first use the app. No credit card or account is required. During those 14 days, every feature works.
A purchase reminder appears during the last five days of the trial and afterward. Check the days left in Settings.
What happens after 14 days?
Without a license, PhraseVault shows Auto-paste is paused. Phrases are not inserted until you activate a license. Copy to clipboard still works, and so do search, adding and editing phrases, labels, filters, import, and export.
Phrase commands on the command line stop until you activate a license. With command-line access on, status and schema still answer; help and --version always do.
Paste your key in Settings and click Activate. Auto-paste works again.
If you bought PhraseVault before license keys existed, auto-paste keeps working. Retrieving the key is still recommended. See how to get your key.
How to get a license
- Choose a plan on the pricing page. You pay once.
- Your key starts with
PV-and appears on the thank-you page and in your email. - Open Settings from the gear, or with Ctrl+, on Windows and Cmd+, on macOS. Paste the key and click Activate. The check happens on your computer.
