PhraseVault is licensed under the SPQRK Software License v1.0, inspired by the principles of FUTO. We believe you should own what you buy.

• No Advertisements – PhraseVault is completely ad-free
• Privacy Respected – No telemetry, no tracking, your data stays yours
• No License Keys – No online activation or license servers

How to Activate After Purchase

After purchasing, you'll receive an invoice via email as your proof of ownership. To remove the trial reminder:

1. Open PhraseVault
2. Click the Settings button (gear icon)
3. Select "I have already bought"

That's it! No keys to enter, no activation servers to contact.

License Terms

• Per-Seat licensing – Each license is for one named person
• Lifetime license – Includes all future updates
• Use on multiple devices – Install on any devices you personally use
• Transferable – Can be reassigned when an employee leaves

Important Note
