How does the 14-day withdrawal right work?
Separate from the guarantee, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise that right, use the withdrawal page. Email office@spqrk.net remains the way to use the 30-day money-back guarantee. That guarantee stays available after the 14 days.
Where can I send a complaint?
For a complaint, write to office@spqrk.net. We are not obliged to take part in alternative dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we are not prepared to do so.
